How you buy

Counterkit is sold through Gumroad. Gumroad runs the checkout, takes the payment and delivers the download, and Gumroad's terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars. Gumroad works out any sales tax or VAT at checkout and may lower the price for your country (purchasing power parity).

What you get

A digital download: the files described on the sales page for the edition you buy, plus updates to that edition for 12 months from your purchase date. Everything is delivered through Gumroad.

The founders price is available until Monday 30 November 2026 at 23:59 IST or until 30 copies have sold, whichever comes first. After that the regular price applies.

What you can do with it

The license summary explains it in plain words. In short: build unlimited sites for your own clients, but don't resell or share the kit itself. A Kit license is for one person; the Agency Edition covers up to 5 people in your agency. The full license is the LICENSE.md file inside the download, and it is what applies.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy.

No promised results

Counterkit is a set of tools and documents. We don't promise any income, any number of clients or any result from using it. What you earn depends on your own work, your market and your clients.

Other services the kit uses

The kit works with services and tools run by other companies, including Claude Code, Cloudflare, Node.js, Astro, Gumroad and WhatsApp click-to-chat links. Their terms, prices, limits and availability are set by them and can change. You're responsible for following their terms, and for making sure your clients can follow theirs.

Counterkit is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta, Anthropic or Cloudflare.

The sites you build

You're responsible for the sites you build and deliver: their content, prices, images and any notices or permissions your clients need where they trade. The demo shops on this site are fictional examples.

As-is

We work hard to make the kit reliable and we fix problems that are reported to us. Even so, it is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Counterkit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Using this site

Please don't attack, overload or copy this site wholesale. The text, design and logo on it belong to Halvex Labs.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes and contact
