Refunds

If Counterkit isn't right for you, email within 7 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email hello@halvexlabs.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Send it from the email address you bought with, or include that address and your Gumroad receipt.
- We refund the full amount through Gumroad. How fast it shows up depends on your bank or card provider.
A line about what didn't work for you is welcome, because it helps us improve the kit, but it's never required.
After a refund
A refund ends your license. Please delete the files and don't use the kit for new client sites. Sites you already delivered before the refund can stay online.
Both editions
The same 7-day policy covers the Kit and the Agency Edition, at founders or regular prices.
After 7 days
We don't offer refunds after 7 days, except where the law requires one, or if the download is broken and we can't fix it for you.
Problems first?
If something doesn't work, the troubleshooting guide in the kit and the doctor script cover most setup problems. You can also email us before deciding on a refund; we'll try to help.
